Bioniq partners with Remedy Place to expand US presence

Bioniq has partnered with wellness club chain Remedy Place to take its personalised nutrition offering to a brick-and-mortar setting in the US for the first time.

Founded in 2019 and based in London, Bioniq uses blood biomarker analysis to deliver personalised nutrition solutions. Its new collaboration with Remedy Place – billed as ‘the world’s first social wellness club’ – is part of a wider trend towards tailored, data-led wellness.

The partnership includes the launch of Meridian, a quarterly health assessment program available at Remedy Place clubs.

Meridian combines lifestyle surveys and biometric testing to generate a self-care roadmap. It draws on Bioniq’s proprietary system, which uses blood data to develop individualised supplements. Each blend is tailored to the user and updated quarterly, based on follow-up testing. Customers also receive co-branded Bioniq x Remedy Place supplement canisters.

Remedy Place was founded by Dr Jonathan Leary and currently operates clubs in Los Angeles, New York and Boston. The company focuses on combining self-care with social experiences – offering everything from vitamin therapy in a meditation cinema to group ice bath sessions.

Bioniq’s platform, available in over 70 countries, has reportedly experienced a 10x increase in its user base in 2024. The company has created personalised supplement formulas for more than 100,000 users and counts Cristiano Ronaldo among its investors. Bioniq adds that its valuation now stands at US$82 million.

Vadim Fedotov, Founder and CEO of Bioniq, stated that the new partnership aligns with a shared commitment to health optimisation.

“Remedy Place is a natural fit with Bioniq’s focus on personalised nutrient supplementation,” said Fedotov. “As a Bioniq user himself, Dr Jonathan Leary understands the transformative power of tailored health solutions and shares our deep commitment to helping people reach their health goals.”

Bioniq uses a patent-pending algorithm that combines blood data with personal factors such as age, weight and lifestyle. The resulting micronutrient formula evolves over time and can be tracked via the Bioniq app.

Dr Jonathan Leary, CEO and Founder of Remedy Place, said “Creating truly individualised supplements based on blood work, with quarterly calibrations to maximise effectiveness, is a major breakthrough in the industry.

“At Remedy Place, data-driven, individualised solutions are essential to offering our guests the best – and I’m thrilled they now have access to this level of personalisation.”
