Strava tracked 595 new Queen of the Mountain (QOM) records during this year’s Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. This represents an 11% increase on the 537 QOMs logged in 2024.
For context, the 595 new QOMs in the 1,165km race is the equivalent of a new QOM record being registered every 2km.
The fourth edition of the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift was held from July 26, 2025, to August 3, 2025. Held for the first time over nine days, up from a previous seven-day stage race, the route for elite female riders in 2025 cut a diagonal line across France.
Australian Sarah Gigante dominated the QOM standings securing 96 QOMs, more than any other rider and well clear of the next closest competitors — Chloé Dygert and Maeva Squiban, who each claimed 35.
For context, last year’s top performer, Grace Brown, achieved 33 QOMs, with Justine Ghekiere (30) and Sarah Gigante (27) just behind.
The Strava community was equally engaged, with riders collectively earning over half a million Kudos (519,753) across the race. The most-celebrated athlete was the Netherlands’ Demi Vollering, whose Stage 1 ride became the most ‘Kudos’d’ activity of the event (15,047 kudos and counting).
