On, the Swiss performance running brand, has collaborated with sport-specific sunscreen Pelotan to provide sun protection for On’s international team of athletes competing in the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.
The partnership, titled ‘Run the Rising Light’, was created to help athletes battle the high temperatures at the event, which runs from September 13-21, 2025.
The collaboration has resulted in a limited edition capsule of sun protection and after-sun products available exclusively to On athletes competing at the championships. Pelotan notes that… ‘The collection fuses On’s sports technology with Pelotan’s high-performance sun protection.’
Pelotan’s formula is lab-tested to provide up to 8 hours of protection at SPF 30, even while sweating. It is engineered to bind with the skin without blocking pores, which allows the body to regulate temperature effectively.
While the limited edition capsule is not available for retail, Pelotan’s standard product range can be purchased by the public in the UK, EU and USA.
