The Running Industry Alliance (RIA) is joining forces with its sponsors haku and Scimitar to host the official Monday evening social at The Running Conference 2025 presented by haku this December.
The social & networking event, titled ‘Let the Games Begin’, will take place on Monday, December 8, 2025, from 19:00 to 23:00 GMT. It is open to all RIA members attending The Running Conference 2025 (TRC25) and TIA members attending the Triathlon Industry Conference 2025 (TIC25).
The evening is designed to encourage networking and collaboration between the running and triathlon business communities. It will feature a range of competitive and classic games, such as Cornhole, Giant Jenga, and a Golf Putting Challenge, with prizes available for top scores.
Rebecca Richardson, CEO of Running Industry Alliance, said “We’re thrilled to work with haku and Scimitar to deliver a night that celebrates the energy and togetherness of our industry, whilst opening further opportunities to chat with known and new industry friends.”
Jackie Levi, Chief Strategy Officer at haku, said “The Running Conference is about people, partnerships, and progress – and the Monday Night Social will capture exactly that.”
Adam Yeomans, Head of Global Partnerships at Scimitar, said “This is what makes TRC25 so special – collaboration, fun, and the running and triathlon business community – all together for an evening, and we can’t wait to see everyone get involved! Let the games begin!”
The first drink of the night will be courtesy of RIA and ERDINGER. Attendees can collect game chip vouchers from either the haku or Scimitar Pop Up Discover Spaces (PUDS) in the TRC25 conference room.
