4iiii Innovations, the Canadian sports performance tech company, has announced a new ambassador partnership with former WorldTour rider and performance coach Alex Dowsett.
Known for its PRECISION 3+ Powermeters, 4iiii notes that it uses racing insights from professional teams and athletes to inform its product development. The partnership with Dowsett is designed to connect elite WorldTour expertise with practical coaching to make data-driven training more accessible to the wider cycling community.
Dowsett will draw on his experience transitioning from a professional racing career to his current role as a coach. 4iiii adds that the new collaboration aims to help riders use technical insights in a way that is relatable and achievable within the constraints of everyday life.
Mac Potter, Director of Sales & Marketing at 4iiii Innovations, said “Alex is a respected voice in performance cycling, combining elite WorldTour experience with the perspective of a dedicated coach and father who still gets out on his bike every day.
“Our customers will appreciate that he understands the challenge of balancing family life with a passion for performance.
“This partnership goes beyond a traditional ambassador role – it’s about providing practical, honest insights that help riders of all levels train effectively within their own lifestyles. We’re thrilled to welcome Alex to Team 4iiii for 2026.”
As part of the agreement, Dowsett will utilise 4iiii equipment in his own training, including the PRECISION 3+ and PRECISION 3+ PRO Powermeters. These units feature Apple Find My integration, which Dowsett will incorporate into his personal performance setup.
Alex Dowsett said “I’ve always believed that data is only valuable if you know what to do with it. 4iiii power meters are trusted, accurate and built on an incredible heritage – and I’m excited to work with the team to help more riders get set up properly, understand the numbers, and use power to train with real purpose. Expect plenty of practical tips, no fluff, and the occasional deep dive!”
