Organised by Star Production, owner of the TriStar triathlon series, Challenge Version Fémina is a new series of running events over 5K and 10K, taking place in three destinations in France in 2011.
The races are the first StarRun events to take place, as Star Production continues its strong expansion path. The three Challenge Version Fémina race venues will be:
8 May 2011 – Paris
26 June 2011 – Strasbourg
23 October 2011 – Bordeaux
Challenge Version Fémina is billed as ‘a weekend of fun and solidarity amongst women’ with a choice of race format of either 5K or 10K.
Friends, colleagues and family are invited to join up for a good cause – each of the races collects funds for the association ‘Les Femmes Version Fémina’ as well as the National Female Federation, helping to fight breast cancer.
Star Production has set up the Challenge Version Fémina event series for Version Fémina, which is a leading player in France’s female magazine market. 3.5 million copies of Version Fémina are published weekly, and 10 million women read the magazine each week.
