Thistle Insurance Services is launching Triathlonguard at this month’s Triathlon Show at Sandown Park, Surrey, UK. The new insurance product has been designed to meet the specific needs of triathletes and has been developed in consultation with professional triathlete Harry Wiltshire.
Triathlonguard is available for UK triathletes competing at home and abroad and provides financial protection for the triathlete and their equipment whilst training and competing. A key benefit of the cover is that triathletes ‘do not need to worry about locking bikes during organised events in order to remain covered, ensuring their transition time doesn’t suffer.’
To celebrate the launch, Triathlonguard is offering triathletes the opportunity to win a Fuji Sportif 1.1 Compact 2014 Road Bike, a Huub wetsuit and free entry into either The London Triathlon or The Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Blenheim Triathlon.

A show mechanic will also be on hand to make repairs and alterations to bikes.
