Challenge Family has confirmed a restructuring of its UK operations – as the five-year contract with its founding partner in the UK, Just Racing, comes to an end.
The announcement from Challenge Family and Just Racing follows a rebranding of the Challenge UK Facebook page to Tri Weymouth. The Weymouth event is understood to be continuing under its own steam, managed by Just Racing independent of the Challenge Family brand.
Over the past five years Challenge Family cites that it has experienced continued growth and success at two separate locations. The 2011-2013 events were based at Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The last two years, 2014-2015 have seen the event at Challenge Weymouth in Dorset – delivering the ETU European Long Distance Championships earlier this month.

Challenge Family will continue in the UK and Ireland with the full distance Challenge Galway on 26 June 2016 – together with its 14 races throughout Europe, with details of additional UK Challenge Family races to be announced shortly.
