This November, Rio Paralympic Silver Medallist Lauren Steadman, and her friend, Natalie Shapanis, are getting together to host a black tie charity ball, at Banking Hall in London, UK. The exclusive Golden Thread Ball 2017 takes place on Saturday 4 November.
The 1920s themed black tie charity ball is being hosted by Lauren Steadman and Natalie Shapanis – with special guests Louise Minchin and Fiona Thornewill MBE – to raise money for two children’s charities, the Triathlon Trust and Starlight Children’s Foundation.
With a good list of stars from the triathlon world reportedly showing interest in the event, and BBC presenter Louise Minchin confirming her attendance, Lauren Steadman is now looking for all the help and promotion she can get. With this in mind, the multisport industry is being asked to get behind the Golden Thread Ball 2017.

The evening will be in a grand 1920s venue, the Banking Hall, opposite the Bank of England in the heart of the city of London. Tickets will include a complimentary drinks reception, three course meal with wine, and an evening of dancing. The organising team has even arranged a professional jive and salsa show to keep attendees entertained.

Tickets prices: individual, £150; table for 8, £1,120; table for 10, £1,300. Tickets include access to the event at the art deco venue, 45 minute drinks reception, three course meal with wine, dance show for entertainment, and live auction.
