Dream Team TV is continuing its programming with UK broadcaster Channel 4, with the coverage of the Festival of Endurance at Hever Castle. The event’s TV highlights show will be broadcast on Channel 4 on Saturday 4 August at 06:10 BST or Channel 4+1 at 07:10. Thereafter, the show will be available on catch-up via All 4.
Also being broadcast this weekend, Dream Team TV has partnered with British Triathlon and IMG to bring coverage live from London of the Accenture British Triathlon Mixed Relay Cup on Saturday 4 August. Live on the BBC Sport website this Saturday, the race action starts at 18:05 BST.
The Accenture British Triathlon Mixed Relay Cup is part of this weekend’s London Triathlon. With teams confirmed from Leeds, Loughborough, Bath, Birmingham, Cardiff, Nottingham, Stirling, New Zealand, USA and others, Dream Team TV adds that it is ‘looking forward to showcasing some fast and fun action live from the home of The London Triathlon.’
The Festival of Endurance at Hever Castle is organised by the team at Castle Triathlon. The event this year took place on 8 July 2018 and offered up an ‘atmospheric celebration of ‘going long’ at the iconic and stunning Hever Castle’ in Kent, South East England.
On a sunshine filled day this summer, the historic venue of Hever Castle was dedicated to a range of swim, bike and run events, from trail marathons to endurance swimming challenges, all starting and finishing in the castle grounds.
This year, two highlights of the UK triathlon calendar took place at the event – the iron distance Bastion event and the British Middle Distance Triathlon Championships.
Following on from an initial broadcast on mainstream UK television station, Channel 4, all of Dream Team’s programmes can then be seen on Sky, British Eurosport, Premier Sports and Front Runner in the UK as well as numerous other channels internationally.
