100%, the San Diego-based sports performance brand has appointed a new leadership team to support the company’s growth in eyewear, in addition to launching the company’s first collection of snow products.
Gwen van Lingen has joined 100% as Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales for the Eyewear and Snow category. A former Olympic finalist competing in track & field in the ‘96 summer games in Atlanta, she is a 20-year veteran of the eyewear industry. Previously she had a 15 year tenure at Oakley (Luxottica).
100% notes that van Lingen has significant experience in brand, product, go-to-market, and sports marketing, in addition to omni-channel sales expertise.

100% has also hired TJ Bottom as Global Head of Product Marketing & GTM — Eyewear & Snow. Bottom has previously worked with brands such as Burton, Maui Jim/Zeal, and Electric.
Matthew Davis will join 100% as Director of Sales — Eyewear & Snow. In addition to his work at Burton Snowboards and Volcom, Davis has experience in building brands from the ground up.
Liam Barrett joins 100% to build the new Snow Channel as Snow Category Director. Barrett has worked with some of the top brands including Oakley, Burton/Anon, and most recently, Dragon/Marchon.
