In honour of the Tour De France, Selle Italia is launching two models with the Grande Boucle logo and a splash of yellow detail. The Tour de France versions of the Novus Boost Evo and X3 Boost saddles will be available on selleitalia.com for enthusiasts and collectors.
The Novus Boost Evo Tour de France saddle (RRP €104.90) combines a new design with a ‘waved’ shape. This makes it a good fit for riders with a pronounced posterior pelvic tilt looking for a more stable pedalling position on the saddle.
Selle Italia adds that the saddle combines high performance with consideration for comfort. It is built in size L3 with manganese rails in the Tour Edition version. The official Tour de France logo and splash of yellow throughout the graphics are intended to be eye-catching – with lettering on the nose of the saddle, a stippled cover and a line at the rear with the model name.
The X3 Boost saddle (€49.90) is also available in a limited edition Le Tour version. This is positioned as a durable, sturdy saddle with an attractive price tag, designed for maximum comfort with a Superflow cut-out to relieve pressure on the perineal area. This saddle is available with rails in Fec Alloy, a high-strength and flexible steel and iron-carbon alloy, in size L3.
