Alé is the official kit supplier for the 2024 season of the UCI Track Champions League and will produce up to 300 bespoke skinsuits for many of the world’s best track riders competing in the five-round series.
Season four of the track series began on Saturday, November 23, 2024, in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France, with the grand finale taking place in London, on December 7th.
The UCI Track Champions League features five rounds in three different cities:
- Round 1 – Vélodrome National De Saint-Quentin-En-Yvelines, France, on November 23, 2024
- Round 2 and 3 – Omnisport Apeldoorn, Netherlands, on November 29-30, 2024
- Round 4 and 5 – London Lee Valley Velopark, UK, on December 6-7, 2024
Worn by riders in the series, the skinsuit’s body part is made from Alé’s Superior Endurance fabric which is durable and provides compression & breathability. The sleeves feature Alé’s Channel Flow fabric which reduces air friction and increases aerodynamics, while the bib shorts are made of Zaffiro, a Lycra Power material which offers muscle compression and elasticity whilst also being quick drying and ultra-breathable.
The skinsuits will incorporate unique national-themed designs for each of the 27 nationalities represented among the competing athletes, along with UCI Track Champions League branding and space for riders’ own personal sponsors.
