Tri Training Harder joins Climategames to convert employee exercise into climate action

Tri Training Harder, a leading endurance coaching and training camp company, has confirmed a partnership with Climategames, an app that aims to convert exercise into positive climate impact.

Tri Training Harder notes that this collaboration marks a significant step forward in its commitment to environmental sustainability and employee wellbeing.

Climategames gamifies activities and enables departments within organisations to work as a team towards a common goal, or create individual targets, all the while funding verified climate projects.

Through Climategames, every workout, run, swim, walk, row or cycle can help fund ecological projects from tree planting, plastic removal and coral reef restoration to sequestering methane and carbon dioxide.

As part of this partnership, Tri Training Harder will create events through the Climategames app for its employees, creating team challenges which support climate ecological projects.

“Joining Climategames is an important step on our journey of responsible business and coaching,” said Philip Hatzis, founder of Tri Traning Harder.

“Climategames is the perfect solution to help us make a positive difference in the world and educate endurance athletes on doing more than just their sport. It is also fantastic that it aligns with our sustainability goals.”

Martin Lacey, CEO and Founder of Climategames, said “We are thrilled to welcome Tri Training Harder to the Climategames community.

“This is an exciting step forward in engaging Tri Training Harder’s employees and athletes in the fight against climate change and enhancing employee wellbeing.”
