Having taken on the international master licence of The Color Run in August 2025, Y11 Sport & Media is relaunching ‘The Happiest 5K on the Planet’, with new details announced for upcoming events.
The untimed 5K run series is positioned as an experience for all ages and fitness levels. The events celebrate health, wellness, and community with a festival-like atmosphere. Millions have experienced The Color Run worldwide, and now it’s back in the US after a post-covid hiatus.
The first event will take place on November 1, 2025, at Dignity Health Sports Park in Los Angeles, CA. The series then heads to Fair Park in Dallas, TX, on November 22, 2025.
Each run delivers a colourful, no-pressure experience. New this year, the series will feature:
- More colour zones along the route
- Live DJ stages and themed music zones
- Photo-worthy surprises to celebrate every runner’s journey
- Expanded finish festival with mass colour throws, food trucks, beer garden, wellness zone, family-friendly games, and more.
The Color Run is produced by Thematic Runs, a division of Y11 Sport and Media, the international sports entertainment and lifestyle company. Registration for all events in the series is managed by Let’s Do This.
