The Running Event (TRE) has partnered with performance running sock brand Jogology to open nominations for the 2025 Future Leader of the Year award.
The award will be presented at The Running Event 2025 in San Antonio, Texas, held on December 2-4, 2025, during the Future Leaders of Specialty Retail gathering.
Jogology notes that.. ‘The award celebrates an individual who has been a driving force in the run specialty industry, championing innovation and leadership. It honours a person who excels in their role and inspires others, driving positive change and shaping the future of run specialty retail.’
Tanya Pictor, co-founder of Jogology, said “This award celebrates someone in the run specialty retail industry who embodies Jogology’s core values.
“The Future Leader award honours an individual who is a driving force in the industry – who demonstrates leadership, innovation and makes an impact in their community.”
To support the recipient’s ongoing development, Jogology will present a US4,000 cash prize along with US1,000 in Jogology product for their retail store. This can be used for education, personal development, or community improvement.
Nominations can be made by filling out an online form and will close on October 10, 2025.
