Pinarello has announced its new partnership with the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, marking a milestone as the Italian bike brand becomes a team’s title sponsor for the first time. From January 1, 2026, the team will officially race under the name ‘Pinarello – Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team’.
This collaboration brings together two companies with a focus on performance, innovation, and design. Pinarello is joining forces with Q36.5, a specialist in high-performance cycling apparel for both on and off the road.
The new partnership also celebrates a renewed collaboration between Pinarello and Tom Pidcock – Olympic and World Champion in Cross-Country Mountain Bike, World Champion in Cyclo-Cross, Tour de France stage winner, and Vuelta a España podium finisher.
Pinarello has worked closely with Pidcock since his early days, developing the Dogma XC and Crossista models that carried him to the top of the sport, and to his Olympics and World Championships victories.
After a season racing exclusively on Pinarello’s off-road bikes, Pidcock will once again ride Pinarello on the road, marking a return to the brand across all disciplines.
Fausto Pinarello, President of Cicli Pinarello, said “This partnership is more than a sponsorship – it’s a shared vision. We’re proud to take this step and bring the Pinarello name back to the front of the peloton as title sponsor. Together with Q36.5, we’ll continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in cycling.”
Luigi Bergamo, CEO and Head of Product Development at Q36.5, said “As one of the co-founders, I am really proud to see this ‘little team’ grow year after year as a result of all the dedication, effort, sacrifice and passion our riders and staff have demonstrated.
“2026 will be another very big step forward, with the young riders who’ve been with us from the beginning maturing into winners, a Grand Tour podium under our belt, great new riders joining the squad, and of course, finally, our friends at Pinarello joining the project and helping take it to another level! Our ambitions are sky-high. See you soon in 2026.”
Douglas Ryder, General Manager of the Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team, added “Having Pinarello as title sponsor is a huge honour. Their history, passion and technical excellence will elevate our riders and our ambitions for the coming seasons.”
Tom Pidcock, Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team rider, said “I’m really happy to be back on Pinarello full time. It genuinely feels like coming home. I’ve always loved riding their bikes, and over the years, I’ve built such a strong relationship with the brand. It’s the perfect reunion.”
