Ribble rides with 2025 British Gravel Championships

UK-based bike brand Ribble and event organiser Red On Sports have announced a new partnership, with Ribble joining as the presenting partner of the 2025 British Gravel Championships, set to take place from September 12-14, 2025, in Dalby Forest, North Yorkshire, UK.

The new partnership brings together one of Britain’s longest established bike brands with championship event. According to Ribble… ‘It reinforces a shared mission to champion the sport from grassroots participation through to elite competition. The deal will help to grow gravel in the UK, creating more visibility, opportunity and inspiration for riders at every level.’

“This partnership is more than a badge on the finish line,” said Ribble CEO, Sean Hastings. “The British Gravel Championships, presented by Ribble, brings together competition, community and grit; all the things we love about gravel.

“It’s part of us backing the growing community of British riders who share our love for challenge, adventure, and doing things differently. To have [Ribble-sponsored team] the Ribble Outliers racing at a home championships, presented by us, will also be a proud moment for everyone at Ribble.”

Maximilian Wussler, Co-Founder of Red On Sports, said “Partnering with Ribble is a game-changer. Their passion for racing and commitment to the wider riding community aligns perfectly with what we’re building.

“Together, we’re elevating the UK’s premier gravel race into something truly special, not just for the pros but for everyone who rides and competes.”

The event partnership builds on Ribble’s continued investment in gravel, including the recent launch of two new specialist ranges, the ALLGRIT and ULTRA-GRIT; currently being raced on by the Ribble Outliers team.

At the British Gravel Championships, riders and spectators alike will have the chance to get hands-on with both ranges, with bikes available to test on a demo track.
