Scicon Sports, the Italian cycling accessories and eyewear brand, has launched a limited-edition sunglasses model to commemorate Tadej Pogačar’s fifth Tour de France victory.
The UAE Team Emirates rider achieved the milestone wearing Scicon Sports eyewear. To mark the accomplishment, the company has introduced the Aeroshade 2.0 Titanium 5 Tour, restricted to 500 individually numbered pieces.
Heinrich Dannhauser, CEO of Scicon Sports, said “Standing alongside Tadej throughout each of these five victories has been an honour that goes far beyond technical sponsorship. With this special edition, we wanted to create a piece of history – not simply tell its story.”
The eyewear presentation case commemorates Pogačar’s series of Tour de France victories with UAE Team Emirates, which began in 2020.
Engraved on the frame of the Aeroshade 2.0 Titanium 5 Tour are the names of the UAE Team Emirates riders who supported Pogačar during the race. Additionally, the lens features an engraving of the Eiffel Tower alongside the number 5.
