Amazfit, the smart wearable brand owned by Zepp Health, has announced a new three-year international partnership with HYROX, the ‘World Series of Fitness Racing’. This new agreement expands a previous regional collaboration into a worldwide deal intended to support the rapid growth of the hybrid training / fitness racing movement.
The partnership will provide HYROX athletes and participants with access to a broad range of smart wearable categories, including smartwatches, smart rings, smart cameras, smart glasses, and smart straps. These devices will integrate with connected app experiences featuring HYROX-specific training modes and performance data metrics to assist with training, racing, and recovery.
As the collaboration evolves, Amazfit and HYROX plan to deepen their integration across the wider HYROX ecosystem. This includes the HYROX 365 training network, which encompasses gyms, coaches, and athletes preparing for competition.
Wayne Huang, CEO of Zepp Health, said “We’re excited to take this partnership with HYROX to the next level. HYROX has built strong momentum and is rapidly expanding as a international fitness community. This expanded partnership reflects a shared commitment to enhancing the experience of HYROX athletes and participants through Amazfit’s smart wearables and connected training technologies.”
HYROX is built around a race format consisting of eight 1km runs interspersed with eight workout stations. The sport has seen a significant rise in participation from elite competitors and fitness enthusiasts, with Amazfit noting increased demand for more structured and measurable training data.
Moritz Fürste, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at HYROX, said “HYROX has always been about building a international community around movement, performance and shared achievement. As we continue to scale the sport worldwide, partnerships like this play a key role in supporting that journey. Amazfit understands how athletes train, race and recover, and together we’re able to create a more connected experience for our community at every stage, from preparation through to race day and beyond.”
Amazfit is part of Zepp Health, a health technology company with its principal office in Gorinchem, Netherlands. The brand focuses on wearables that blend endurance, strength, and recovery to support sustainable progress for athletes.
HYROX continues to establish itself as a key player in the fitness competition space, with a long-term goal of achieving Olympic recognition. By connecting gym communities through its race format, it has become a central part of the modern fitness landscape.
