XENOM, billed as ‘the Decathlon of Fitness’, has officially opened the athlete ballot for its flagship London event. Taking place on August 29–30, 2026, at Olympia London, the competition marks the second stop of the inaugural season following its debut in Dallas.
The event features a standardised 10-event format designed to establish a repeatable global benchmark for functional fitness. The event organiser notes that, unlike traditional CrossFit competitions where workouts vary, XENOM utilises a fixed set of events. These test maximal strength, gymnastics, and aerobic capacity to score athletes through a points-based Elite Performance Index (EPI).

XENOM format: Decathlon of Fitness
XENOM is designed to offer a ‘stadium-scale experience’, hosted in premium venues with equipment provided by foundational partner Rogue Fitness. The 10-event structure allows athletes to compare their physical output across different locations and years.
Keith Barlow, CEO and Founder of XENOM, said “London is the most vibrant location on earth for a competition like ours, the fitness community is unrivalled, and it’s got a rich history of hosting incredible events and athletes over the year. We are thrilled to bring XENOM to the most premium facility in the city at London Olympia and to test this population with the ultimate test of broad human fitness.”
XENOM event highlights
Standardisation: every competition features the same 10 events, allowing for a global ranking.
Scoring: the Elite Performance Index (EPI) creates a single number representing an athlete’s well-roundedness, weighted to ensure improvements in strength are rewarded equally to gains in endurance.
Event experience: the venue will be transformed into a purpose-built fitness arena, including integrated athlete camps and recovery zones.
