Having recently expanded its partnership with HYROX, F45 Training has confirmed the launch of F45 PEAK500, a new standardised 30–minute performance event designed to test athletic capacity and mental toughness.

The event will launch network–wide on the F45 Training platform on March 28, 2026, with Red Bull serving as a global partner.

Based in New York, F45 Training is part of the FIT House of Brands. F45 is a functional fitness operator with a network of over 1,500 studios across 55 countries. It recently extended its agreement as an Official Global Gym Partner of HYROX, further establishing its presence in the competitive fitness racing sector.

PEAK500 is positioned as an evolution of the brand’s previous Playoffs format. It features five stations, each lasting five minutes, with one minute of rest between them. The workout includes a mix of ergometers and functional movements, such as the Bike Erg, Ski Erg, Row Erg, dumbbell devil’s press, and barbell thrusters.

The scoring system is based on accumulating points across all five stations, with 500 points representing the maximum ‘peak’ score. Participants who reach the 100–point cap at a station before the five minutes are up record their remaining time, which is then added to a global leaderboard.

Tom Dowd, Chief Executive Officer of FIT House of Brands, said “F45 PEAK500 brings the energy of a true fitness event into the F45 studio. It’s a chance for people to push their limits, set new benchmarks, and feed off the momentum of a high-energy community environment. We see this as the beginning of something bigger – a platform that can grow into larger fitness events both inside and outside the studio.”

The five stations included in the event are:

  • Station 1: Bike Erg (100 calories)
  • Station 2: 8x Dumbbell Devil’s Press and 12x Dumbbell Suitcase Forward Lunges
  • Station 3: Ski Erg (100 calories)
  • Station 4: 300m Shuttle Runs and 80 Barbell Thrusters
  • Station 5: Row Erg (100 calories)

Members can complete the workout solo or in pairs. F45 is providing optional preparatory workouts and practice events within its studios ahead of the official launch to allow participants to strategise.

The event is managed by FIT (Functional Inspired Training) House of Brands, which also oversees FS8, VAURA Pilates, and various recovery solutions. The company stated its vision is for PEAK500 to become a key fixture on the international fitness calendar.
