ISPO 2026 preparing for new phase, as Amsterdam gears up for international industry gathering

ISPO 2026 launch

Tickets for ISPO 2026, the trade fair for the sport, winter and outdoor industries, have officially gone on sale today, March 31, 2026, via the ISPO box office. Organised by Raccoon Media Group in partnership with Messe München, the event is shifting to a new location at RAI Amsterdam on November 3–5, 2026.

According to Raccoon, the 2026 edition marks a strategic shift to align with international buying cycles and reduce barriers to entry. As part of this, 3,000 early-bird expo tickets are available at €29, providing access to the two-day exhibition on November 4–5, 2026. Tickets for the ISPO Leaders’ Summit on November 3, 2026, are also available for C-suite level professionals at an early-bird rate of €495, limited to the first 200 tickets.

Following the initial release, expo ticket prices will increase to €59 for a second phase before reaching a full price of €99. According to the company, the introductory pricing is… ‘a deliberate step based on long-standing feedback to make the event more cost-effective and accessible.’

Raccoon Media Group, a UK-based media business, and Messe München have committed a €3 million investment programme to support the event. This includes a €1 million investment in a Hosted Buyer Programme, which aims to connect 500 buyers with brands through targeted meetings. A further €1 million is dedicated to a content programme anchored by the ISPO Leaders’ Summit, with the final €1 million allocated to initiatives supporting participation and grassroots development.

The expo is aiming to bring together over 25,000 industry professionals. It represents a broad value chain including materials, manufacturing, brands, and retailers. More than 500 exhibitors and brands have reportedly secured space, such as Rab, Reebok Accessories, Skechers Running, Scott, Gymstick, and Nordberg. Retailers and partners including INTERSPORT, Ellis Brigham, Decathlon and Amazon are also confirmed to attend.

The show floor will feature more than 20 activations, such as snow ramps, running tracks, and product testing environments. The International Running Expo (IRX), which is billed as Europe’s only dedicated B2B running event, will also feature as part of the wider show.

The 2026 edition will be structured across dedicated halls covering outdoor, sports, fitness, sourcing, textiles and sustainability. There will also be national and industry pavilions representing key international markets. A focus on sustainability will run throughout, with areas exploring circularity and responsible production.

The ISPO Leaders’ Summit will open the event on November 3, 2026. This C-suite forum will focus on three pillars: Participation, Sustainability and Fair Trade. Confirmed speakers at the summit include Andy Rubin, Chairman at Pentland Group; Hap Klopp, Founder of The North Face; John Lacy, former CEO at Burton Snowboards; and Margit Gosau, CEO at Sport 2000.

Other speakers confirmed for the Expo include Charlotte Cox, Founder of Global Game Shapers, and Patrik Frisk, CEO at REJU.
