The McCourt Foundation has announced a new partnership naming Precision Fuel & Hydration as the Official Energy Gel Sponsor for the Rose Bowl Half Marathon & 5K and the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon.
The UK-based nutrition brand will provide fuelling solutions to thousands of participants across two of the largest running events in southern California. Runners will have access to PF 30 Gels at designated stations along the routes. For the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon, PF 30 Caffeine Gels will also be available on the course.
The McCourt Foundation is a non-profit organisation that aims to cure neurological diseases and has donated more than US$7.2 million to research since 1992. It uses major sporting events as platforms to raise funds for over 125 non-profit charity partners.

Beyond providing products on the course, the partnership includes an educational focus. The brand will offer free custom fueling plans via digital tools to help runners calculate carbohydrate and sodium requirements based on individual sweat rates.
Additionally, experts will provide advice through pre-race webinars to help athletes manage GI distress and avoid ‘the bonk’.

On March 8, 2026, the ASICS Los Angeles Marathon is expected to welcome over 25,000 runners. The 26.2 mile Stadium-to-the-Stars course starts at Dodger Stadium and finishes in Century City, CA. The weekend also includes a two-day Lifestyle Expo on March 6–7, 2026, which typically attracts more than 70,000 attendees.
Precision Fuel & Hydration provides electrolyte supplements and carbohydrate products used by international athletes in the Premier League, NBA, and NFL, as well as elite triathletes and ultrarunners. The brand will also have a major presence at the LA Lifestyle Expo to offer product samples and consultations.
