Performance footwear and apparel brand R.A.D, which focuses on the hybrid / fitness racing space, has announced its spring/summer 2026 campaign, ‘Factory Racing’.
Celebrating the transition into the functional and fitness racing competition season, the campaign marks the brand’s inaugural seasonal collection, featuring two shoe styles across seven colourways.
The collection goes live today (March 26, 2026), and signals a shift in strategy for the Portland, OR, based brand. While R.A.D previously relied on a ‘hype drop’ model – where limited-edition releases would reportedly sell out in minutes – this bi-annual seasonal launch aims to make core footwear styles available to a wider audience.
The R.A.D ONE V2 and R-1 training shoes will drop in seven colourways, with five options for the V2 and two for the R-1. The brand notes that additional shoe models are set to launch in the coming months.
The campaign debuted at the Wodapalooza CrossFit competition in Miami, FL, on March 12, 2026, where the first two colourways were exclusively previewed to the fitness community.
R.A.D was founded in 2019 by Ben Massey and specialises in training footwear that seeks to fuse high-level performance with streetwear and action sports aesthetics.
The Factory Racing theme will serve as the narrative for R.A.D across the spring/summer season. The brand plans to roll out activations at various CrossFit and fitness racing events using mobile ‘Factory Racing’ van drops, alongside the return of its Acid Athletics fitness league. Last year, the league attracted approximately 140,000 participants across more than 1,000 gyms.
Ben Massey, Founder and CEO of R.A.D, said “As a brand, we want to capture the unique feeling of euphoria that training and competing produces. Factory Racing was born from this encapsulation of the energy and momentum that we build in the off-season. The hard work is done, and now it’s time to show off all the hours spent training on the competition floor, whether that be CrossFit or fitness racing.”
The Factory Racing collection will be available via the brand’s website.
