The Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series, in conjunction with World Centric Group, has announced the return of the Santander Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series Santiago on October 17, 2026. This marks the first time the series has visited Chile since 2020.
The 2026 event will move to Lo Barnechea, a district situated near the foothills of the Andes Mountains known for its scenic surroundings and modern infrastructure. The race schedule includes half marathon (21km), 10km, and 5km distances, catering to a wide range of running abilities.
As part of the series’ signature ‘Bringing the Fun to the Run’ approach, the course will feature live bands and DJs to provide entertainment for participants. The weekend will begin with a Health and Fitness Expo and culminate in a finish line festival.

The event is operated by World Centric Group, a sports production company that also manages IRONMAN 70.3 Valdivia and IRONMAN 70.3 Puerto Varas. The series itself is owned by The IRONMAN Group, which operates participation sports events in over 50 countries.

The return of the series is expected to support urban tourism and promote active living in the region. General registration for the event in Chile opens on April 21, 2026.
