Smith and QUOC have unveiled the Strata Collection, a limited-edition capsule range featuring co-branded cycling shoes, socks, a helmet, and sunglasses. Focusing on the gravel cycling segment, the collaboration combines Smith’s specialism in protection and optics with the footwear background of QUOC.
The collection is inspired by geological layers, featuring earth-toned colours such as Sandstone, Purple Jade, and Blue Opal. The range is available from today, April 29, 2026.
The Gran Tourer XC Lace gravel shoe has been reimagined for the collection with a Sandstone upper and a fossilised print. It features a TPU laminated tongue for comfort and Quoc’s double-lock lace system. The shoe retains a carbon-composite outsole with integrated TPU tread and is compatible with SPD cleats. It is priced at US$310, £240, or €280.
The Trace MIPS helmet in the Strata colourway includes a fossilised print and matching webbing. It features Koroyd coverage for impact absorption and Mips for rotational force protection. Designed with an integrated skeletal structure, it includes VaporFit adjustment and 18 vents with the AirEvac system for eyewear integration. It retails for US$300, £240, or €265.
The Defy sunglasses are finished in Sandstone with Blue Opal accents. The rimless design uses ChromaPop lenses to enhance contrast and terrain detail. The sunglasses include two-position adjustable nose pads and a bonus clear lens. The MSRP is US$207, £165, or €185.
Rounding out the collection are the Performance Gravel Socks, composed of a 67% Coolmax blend. The socks feature an anti-slip cuff and targeted aeration panels, available in two colourways for US$35, £25, or €30.
Smith, founded in 1965 in Sun Valley, Idaho, is now headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Quoc is a London-based brand founded in 2009 by Quoc Pham, focusing on cycling footwear.
