SunGod, the British performance eyewear brand, has announced a new partnership with Commonwealth Games 10,000m gold medallist Eilish McColgan. The collaboration adds one of the UK’s most prominent endurance athletes to the brand’s roster as she prepares for the London Marathon on April 26, 2026.
McColgan, a four-time European Championship medallist, will train and compete in SunGod performance eyewear. She is set to be one of the primary athletes fronting the brand’s new Ultras Air model.

The partnership strengthens SunGod’s existing line-up of elite female endurance athletes. This roster includes American ultramarathon specialist Courtney Dauwalter, 2025 UTMB winner Ruth Croft, and ultramarathon runner and human rights lawyer Stephanie Case.

SunGod’s eyewear features ultra-lightweight frames and a modular design. The company utilises 100% Infinite recycled material for its frames as part of its sustainability efforts. As a certified B Corp, the brand also received the King’s Award for Sustainable Development in 2023.
Founded in 2013, SunGod is headquartered in London and Verbier, Switzerland. Its current partnership network includes WorldTour cycling teams such as Team SD Worx – Protime and INEOS Grenadiers, as well as England Cricket and McLaren Racing.
