The North Face and SportsShoes.com have extended their partnership with RunThrough Trails for a third consecutive year, covering three UK trail running events during the 2026 season.
Organised by RunThrough, one of the UK’s largest running events companies, the collaboration will feature on-site event activations at the Brecon Beacons, Ladybower Reservoir and Beat Box Hill race weekends.
The activations follow the 2025 season at Ladybower Reservoir, Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia Sea2Sky, where the brands delivered race-weekend experiences such as shoe clinics, shake out runs and film nights.
The 2026 schedule will see the brands present at the Brecon Beacons event on August 8, 2026, followed by Ladybower Reservoir on September 26, 2026, and Beat Box Hill on October 10, 2026.
Ben Mounsey, Marketing Manager for Trails & Outdoor at SportsShoes.com, said “We’re delighted to be continuing our partnership with RunThrough Trails and The North Face for a third consecutive year.
“These events are about so much more than race day – they’re an opportunity to bring the trail running community together, support runners with expert advice and product experiences, and inspire more people to discover what’s possible on the trails. We’re looking forward to connecting with runners of all abilities and helping create memorable race weekend experiences across three incredible locations.”
James Tilley, Director of RunThrough Trails, said “Over the last two years, this partnership has demonstrated how expert support, brand activations and a shared passion for trail running can elevate the race weekend experience.
“We’re thrilled to continue our collaboration with The North Face and SportsShoes.com for a third year across Brecon Beacons, Ladybower Reservoir and Box Hill. Together, we’re creating events that not only challenge runners in incredible locations, but inspire them to explore more and keep coming back for their next adventure.”
The North Face will take its outdoor expertise to the event villages across the three dates, focusing on community engagement and product support before and after the races.
RunThrough was founded in 2012 by Matt Wood and Ben Green. The company holds more than 300 events annually, attracting 450,000 runners each year.
The organisation operates under the GW Active parent brand, which also encompasses RT Kit, Swim Bike RunThrough and flagship events such as the Hampton Court Palace Half Marathon, Surrey Half Marathon, and Alton Towers Resort 10km and Half Marathon.
Registrations for the upcoming 2026 trail events remain open on the organiser’s website.
