US$75K up for grabs at inaugural XENOM Dallas event

XENOM athletes

XENOM, billed as the ‘Decathlon of Fitness’, has announced its Elite Performance Index payout structure for the 2026-27 season. The event organiser’s new prize pool system introduces performance-linked rewards designed to incentivise record-breaking achievements across its international competitive fitness series.

The XENOM competition season begins in Dallas, TX, on June 27–28, 2026 with US$75,000 in guaranteed prize money. As the inaugural event, all Elite Performance Index (EPI) records will be established for the first time. Every Elite division winner is guaranteed to claim a cash bonus, with US$25,000 each for the Elite Male and Female Individual overall winners, and US$12,500 for the Elite Male and Female Pairs overall.

Based in New York and London, XENOM is building a sporting framework with a fixed 10-event structure. It uses a universal points-based index to measure capacity across strength, endurance, and high-skill technical disciplines.

Unlike traditional formats that focus on placement against changing fields, XENOM awards cash bonuses exclusively for breaking overall EPI world records. From the second competition onwards, athletes must break the existing record to earn a bonus.

The prize values from the second event are set at US$10,000 for individual Elite winners and US$5,000 for pairs. If a record is not broken at a competition, 50% of the prize money for that division rolls over to the next event.

For example, if the Elite Male Individual record remains unbroken after the second competition in London on August 29–30, 2026, the prize for the following event becomes US$15,000. This rollover mechanism continues throughout the season, creating escalating financial stakes as the number of events increases.

Keith Barlow, Founder and CEO of XENOM, said “XENOM is built on the principle that world records deserve world-class recognition. Our payout structure reflects our commitment to celebrating the athletes who push the absolute boundaries of human performance.”

Barlow added that the rollover system creates a dynamic environment where the potential for breakthrough performances grows alongside the financial rewards.

Recognition of excellence also extends to non-elite levels. Athletes in the RX and Compete divisions who break their respective divisional records will earn free entry to a future XENOM competition. This incentive is available to those who have not previously competed in the Elite division.

The series aims to provide a repeatable and measurable platform for athletic progression, hosting events in venues worldwide to allow for meaningful comparisons of human performance over time.
