The Cycle Show is the UK’s longest running cycling show and over 300,000 people have visited since its launch in 2002. The show has expanded every year – and in 2015 it will host over 280 bike companies showcasing their latest kit under one very big roof at the NEC in Birmingham.
Taking place between 25-27 September, the Cycle Show is positioned as a unique opportunity to see hundreds of bikes and products months before they hit the shops. Visitors can meet the brand experts from some top international bike companies as well as the designers and brains behind some leading British and international brands.
New for this year are CSG (with GT, Fabric and Charge), Hunt Wheels, Canyon, Schwalbe, PlanetX, Light Blue, Surly, Oakley, Lapierre and NukeProof. They join a strong line-up of brands including the likes of Cube, Vitus, Trek, Bianchi, Colnago, Boardman, KTM, Hope, SRAM, Lazer, FSA, De Rosa, Shimano, Cinelli, Kinesis, Ritte, Forme, Time, Primal, Pinarello, Deda, Intense, Mondraker, Rocky Mountain, Condor, Campagnolo, Raleigh and many more.
The retail village at the show has been beefed up this year, so once visitors have finished lusting over the next bike they’ll be buying, they can spend a happy hour shopping!
The show also has a day dedicated to cyclocross racing for all ages and expertise, the return of the UK’s biggest dirt jumping contest with Sam Pilgrim at the helm and some of the sport’s best riders in town, plus a ine-up of cycling features to keep visitors busy all day.
