P20 sun protection, the original once a day sun protection brand and official sun protection of British Triathlon, has made it even easier for triathletes to stay sun-safe this summer with ‘brand new, state of the art continuous sprays’.
Available in SPF 20 and SPF 30, the unique multi-angle continuous spray formula should make applying sun protection to those hard to reach areas even easier. With P20 users have ‘10 hours of Very Water Resistant long-lasting sun protection enabling you to swim, cycle and run safe in the knowledge that you will be fully protected.’
The new multi-angle continuous spray also helps to ensure users are ready for the sun more efficiently. P20 is the Official Sun Protection Supplier to British Triathlon and the straightforward application of the new continuous sprays are seen as being ideal for triathletes allowing them to spend more time focusing on getting race fit and less time worrying about their sun protection.
The unique alcohol-based formula retains the benefits of the existing P20 range, containing UVA and UVB filters, providing a broad spectrum sun protection for up to 10 hours. Both the SPF 20 and SPF 30 continuous sprays have a five star UVA rating – helping to protect against the premature signs of ageing.

The new multi-angle continuous sprays are active 15 minutes after application and the transparent, non-greasy formula is also classed as Very Water Resistant so there should be no need to worry about reapplication after the swim leg of a triathlon. With no added fragrance, colourants, parabens or other preservatives P20 aims to provides t’he ultimate coverage, in and out of the water’.
The once a day formula has been found to remain effective, even after frequent swimming. P20 has been categorised as ‘Very Water Resistant’, the highest classification available under the European health and beauty industry body Cosmetic Europe’s guidelines for water resistance.
It iis effective even when in and out of the water frequently. P20 has been tested during triathlon training at Club La Santa, Lanzarote, in Spain, and was found to be compatible with wetsuits.
The new continuous spray is available in 150ml, RRP £24.49 – available from Boots stores nationwide across the UK and World Duty Free airport shops.
The existing range of SPF 15, 30 and 50+ pump-action sprays and the original SPF20 pouring lotion are available in both 200ml and travel friendly 100ml sizes from major grocery and pharmacy retailers. (RRP, 100ml £13.29; and 200ml £24.49.)
