An agreement between RCS Sport and Tudor has been announced, with the Tudor brand becoming the official timekeeper for the Corsa Rosa and all the races organized by RCS Sport.
In addition to the Giro d’Italia, the agreement includes the UAE Tour, Strade Bianche Women Élite, Strade Bianche, Tirreno-Adriatico, Milano-Torino, Milano–Sanremo, Il Giro di Sicilia, Gran Piemonte and Il Lombardia.
Tudor is a Swiss watch brand, offering a range of mechanical watches. Its origins date back to 1926, when ‘The Tudor’ was first registered as a brand on behalf of the founder of Rolex, Hans Wilsdorf. He created the Montres TUDOR SA Company in 1946 – offering watches with the quality and dependability of a Rolex, at a more affordable price point. Today, the Tudor collection includes models such as Pelagos, Black Bay, 1926 and Royal.
The Swiss brand is also supporting the development of professional cycling, and that commitment has resulted in a pro team launched in collaboration with Swiss cycling legend Fabian Cancellara.
The TUDOR Pro Cycling Team competes in top-tier races around the globe, and partners with Swiss companies and organizations to help equip the team. In addition to the professional team, TUDOR Pro Cycling also has a development team to seek out the next generation of elite riders.
