Hoag has confirmed its return as the title sponsor of the 21st annual Hoag OC Marathon Running Festival, taking place in Orange County, California, on May 2-4, 2025.
The event attracts more than 25,000 runners each year across a variety of distances. It features a marathon, half-marathon, and the Hoag Kids Run… the OC ‘Final Mile’. This year, the event will also introduce the OC 5K, a new race taking place on the evening of May 3, 2025.
A two-day health and fitness expo will kick off race weekend at the OC Fair & Event Center on May 2-3. The free expo, open to the public, will showcase some of the latest running, health, and nutrition products.
Hoag’s ongoing involvement in the marathon complements its long-standing support of other local events, including the Hoag Classic PGA TOUR Champions Golf Tournament and the OC Soccer Club, as well as its role as the official healthcare partner of the World Surf League in California.

The marathon’s scenic course offers participants ocean views and inland vistas. Expected to draw runners from all 50 US states and beyond, the festival is considered a key destination event on the West Coast.
