XENOM reveals day one schedule for inaugural Dallas event

XENOM - Decathlon of Fitness 04

XENOM, the new fitness competition platform branding itself as the ‘Decathlon of Fitness’, has announced the event schedule for the first day of its inaugural competition. The reveal includes details for events 001–005, along with the final workout of XENOM’s ten-event structure, Event 010.

The competition is designed to measure performance across strength, power, stamina, skill, and work capacity. The newly revealed day one schedule includes a 1RM snatch, an ascending ladder of wall walks and rope climbs, a 60-second maximum calorie effort on the Echo Bike, barbell cycling, and a combined 3km run and 2km Echo Ski.

XENOM also released details for Event 010, which serves as the conclusion to the ‘Decathlon of Fitness’. This final event is a 16-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) featuring handstand push-ups, pull-ups, and dumbbell lunges. According to the company, the workout is designed to test sustained upper body pressing and pulling endurance while the legs accumulate fatigue.

The event structure is categorised into Compete, RX, and Elite divisions, with varying movements and weights. In the Elite division, athletes will use two 22.5kg dumbbells for men or two 15kg dumbbells for women during farmer’s lunges.

The inaugural XENOM competition will take place at the Dallas Cowboys facility in Texas on June 27–28, 2026. A second event will take place in London, UK, on August 29–30, 2026, followed by competitions in Miami, FL, and Paris, France. There are currently two days remaining for athletes to enter the ballot for the Dallas event, which closes on March 13, 2026.

The Dallas debut lands in a busy period for the functional fitness community, sitting just after the PUMA HYROX World Championships in Stockholm, Sweden (June 18–21, 2026) and roughly a month before the 2026 CrossFit Games in San Jose, CA (July 24–26, 2026).

As it builds momentum and expands its event offering, XENOM has also launched its judging and volunteer programme for the Dallas event. The company is seeking individuals for roles ranging from athlete services to senior judging positions. Volunteers and judges will receive benefits such as exclusive merchandise, food and drink, and stipends for senior roles.

Founded by Keith Barlow and backed by WndrCo and Rogue Fitness, XENOM aims to standardise and score human performance through a fixed 10-event structure and a universal points-based Elite Performance Index. The organisation adds that it operates as a season-based sporting framework with events hosted in various international venues.
