Wallbreaker, a daily all-in-one supplement powder formulated specifically for endurance runners, has officially launched in the UK. Developed by UK-registered nutritionists, the product is designed to replace the multiple separate supplements that may be typically used by dedicated runners to support training and recovery.
Wallbreaker notes that its formula includes a complete amino acid profile for muscle repair, magnesium glycinate to aid muscle function and reduce fatigue, and a full B vitamin complex for energy metabolism. It also contains vitamin C, vitamin D3, turmeric extract with black pepper for bioavailability, and an electrolyte blend for hydration.
According to the company, the supplement is manufactured in the UK to GMP standards and is vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free, and non-GMO. It is intended to be taken once daily as a single scoop mixed with water.
The launch comes as participation in UK running events reaches record levels. More than 1.1 million people applied for a place in the 2026 TCS London Marathon, and over 6 million adults across the country now run regularly. However, injury rates can be high; research suggests between 37% and 56% of recreational runners sustain an injury annually.
A 2025 cross-sectional study cited by Wallbreaker found that 53% of runners reported an injury in the previous 12 months, while a separate 12-month prospective study in Sports Medicine Open indicated that one in two recreational runners was injured during the tracking period.
Daniel Tollié, Co-founder of Wallbreaker, said “A lot of runners doing serious mileage are cobbling together products bought from different places and taken inconsistently. It doesn’t give the body what it actually needs week after week. We wanted to make it simple: one daily product, built specifically for runners, that gives the body a proper nutritional foundation to train consistently and recover properly.”
The founders argue that as mileage increases, many runners fail to adjust their nutritional intake to meet the heightened demands on the body. They suggest that the current supplement market is often focused on protein powders for muscle bulk or pre-workouts for gym sessions, leaving endurance runners under-served.
Tollié added “Runners have been an afterthought in the supplement market for years. As mileage increases, the body’s nutritional demands increase with it but most runners never adjust what they take, and the market has never given them a straightforward way to do so. That is the gap we built Wallbreaker to fill.”
Wallbreaker is based in the UK and led by a team of marathon, ultra runners, and triathletes. The product is available online, with a 30-day supply priced at £55.00.
