The Principality of Monaco will host the third TriStar111 race. Billed as ‘the Formula 1 of Triathlons’, TriStar111 Monaco, held on 5 September 2010, has attracted more athletes than any other TriStar race thus far.
More than 620 individuals will get to grips with 1K of swimming in the Mediterranean, 100K of cycling through the picturesque hinterland and 10K of running along the Formula 1 circuit. 17 professional athletes will be there to step on the gas while more than 20 relays will spread the effort of competition.
For the inaugural race, Laurent Lerousseau, Race Director of TriStar111 Monaco, offers the competitors the icing on the cake: a small adaptation in the run loop will allow the participants to cross the famous and luxurious Place du Casino de Monte-Carlo.
