UK based coaching specialist Tri Dynamic is bringing Elite Coach Darren Smith ‘Coach Daz’ back for another Triathlon Master Class in London on 21-22 September. For those UK based triathletes who missed the last Darren Smith Triathlon Master Class back in February, this up-coming course provides rare opportunity for age groupers to work with one of the best in the business.
The Darren Smith Triathlon Master Class events will once again take place at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham, where Mo Farah and Usain Bolt have trained and at Hampton Outdoor Pool on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September 2013 – the weekend after the WTS London Grand Final.
Previous participants have reported big improvements from the last event; and there are 2 x 1 day Master Class events with Darren Smith to choose from – allocated into two ability levels covered over the weekend.
The Saturday 21 September sessions will be designed for ‘Improvers or Intermediate’ athletes and the Sunday 22 September session will be designed for ‘Advanced’ athletes. Intermediate is defined as anyone who swims 400m in the pool slower than 7.30 minutes and runs a 10K slower than 42 minutes. Advanced is for swimmers who are faster than 7.30 minutes for a 400m and quicker than 42 minutes for a 10K.
According to Tri Dynamic, both courses are a fantastic way to make some massive improvements in a short timeframe by working closely with one of the most successful triathlon coaches in the world. It is a unique opportunity to be mentored by the coach to several of the best triathletes in the world right now including current WTS World ranked #1 Anne Haug, #2 Jodie Stimpson, #6 Emma Moffatt to name just a few of the 13 world class athletes he currently coaches.
