Broadcast media specialist Cleanfeed Media caught up with Jenson Button at the second Jenson Button Trust Triathlon event at the Luton Hoo estate in Bedfordshire, UK. The event, sponsored by Chobani Yoghurt, SNO Iceland Glacier Water, Santander, Huub and Maxifuel saw professional triathletes, amateurs and first timers competing – and helping to raise more than £30,000 for the event’s charity Help for Heroes.
In the video, Jenson talks about the event itself, the importance of nutrition when training for endurance events and refuelling after competing.
Also in the video, Greg Whyte, the sports scientist and former Olympic Pentathlete notes the importance of nutrition during endurance racing and in the training phase. He also provides his top tips for training.
