As the 2023 edition of the Italian Bike Festival (IBF) approaches in September 2023, the organizers have released a preview of the international bicycle and sustainable mobility show.
With 90% of exhibition spaces already claimed, the show, scheduled for September 15-17, 2023 at the Misano World Circuit in North West Italy, attracts cycling enthusiasts, buyers and industry professionals.
The event is organized by Italian firm Taking Off and has the collaboration and support of APT Servizi Emilia-Romagna and Visit Romagna. Last year’s expo reportedly saw 42,000 visitors across three days.
Spread across a sprawling 50,000 sq m exhibition area within the Misano World Circuit, the 2023 Italian Bike Festival will feature brands representing a range of categories, including components, accessories, clothing, services, helmets and protectors, tourism, engine/motor systems, other vehicles, and seats/saddles.
“We expect the 2023 edition to be particularly significant in terms of exhibitor participation,” said Lucrezia Sacchi, Fabrizio Ravasio, and Francesco Ferrario, the organizers of IBF.
“The growing numbers confirm that our event is increasingly becoming the premier reference point for the cycling and mobility sectors at the European and international levels.
“The participation of important companies, which are among the top brands in the sector, confirms for us that the Italian Bike Festival project is increasingly attractive for the sector, because it represents a networking and business opportunity for operators.
“We are hoping for a large turnout of visitors from Italy and abroad for an event that will also contribute to enhancing and educating the public about the Emilia-Romagna region and where we can talk about mobility and spread the idea of a sustainable two-wheel culture.”
Since its inception in 2018, the IBF has been seen as a key European platform for the bicycle and mobility market. With over 600 industry brands represented, the three-day event serves as an opportunity for the industry to connect with end consumers, business partners and media.
IBF showcases the latest trends, innovations, and products while fostering networking and discussions on sustainable mobility and cycling tourism through round tables and workshops.
