Fitness app WithU has partnered with Sky to create a home fitness experience named Mvmnt. Launching exclusively as part of the Sky Live launch in the UK… ‘Mvmnt will bring AI and smart camera technology to Sky customers looking to get their pulses racing.’
According to WithU… ‘Mvmnt turns your Sky TV into a personal trainer. It’s a fitness application exclusively available on Sky Live that focuses on form and is here to transform at-home workouts.’
Mvmnt’s AI-powered technology tracks form in real-time to provide personalised feedback for each user movement, and the unique proposition of a practice space allows customers to fine-tune their form on individual exercises. Users have the support of on-screen feedback and a mobile companion app available in the UK.
The platform delivers badges and rewards for hitting fitness milestones. Workouts are offered for all levels – helping users to progressively improve fitness.

Mvmnt is available to download, at no extra cost, with a Sky Live purchase, which is priced from £6 per month. Sky Live is a new interactive camera platform for the Sky Glass smart TV with Sky’s services built-in.
Existing Sky Glass customers can purchase Sky Live on its own; while new customers must purchase Sky Live with Sky Glass.
