The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) has announced that STARZPLAY Sports will broadcast all PTO Tour races live, across 24 countries, this year in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) as well as show race highlights and preview shows.
STARZPLAY is one of MENA’s top three subscription video on-demand services and reportedly commands a significant market share in the region. In 2022 STARZPLAY launched STARZPLAY Sports, a dedicated package that provides premium international and regional sport to STARZPLAY Sports subscribers, such as Serie A, Coppa Italia, Pakistan Super League, ICC events, UFC, World Championship boxing and more.

In its first season, the 2022 PTO Tour claimed to reach a dedicated TV and streaming audience of 23.1 million through a number of top-tier broadcast partnerships.
In 2023, the PTO Tour will start in Ibiza on May 6, with the inaugural PTO European Open before going to Milwaukee on August 4-5 for the PTO US Open and then to Singapore for the first-ever PTO Asian Open on August 19-20.
