Cinelli, the Milanese cycling brand, has debuted its new flagship road bikes, the Aeroscoop and Speciale Corsa XCR, as part of its 2026 range.
The company, founded in Milan in 1948, states that the new models represent a fusion of Italian design with technology, covering high-performance carbon aero bikes and Columbus stainless steel frames.
Aeroscoop
The Aeroscoop carbon road racing bike was developed in partnership with a leading Italian Continental cycling team. Building on the success of the Pressure 2, Cinelli states that the new model is stiffer around the bottom bracket for improved power transfer, and more compliant at the head tube.
The frame and fork weight have been reduced, with a complete build featuring SRAM Red AXS and Fulcrum Wind 57 wheelset weighing around 6.98kg.
Cinelli reports that the Aeroscoop is its most aero road bike to date. This is due to a 4% reduction in frontal area, a smoothed cockpit transition, integrated fork, and revised downtube shaping. The company’s team split the seat stay at the seatpost junction to reduce turbulence and guide airflow.
Independent wind tunnel verification reportedly measured the Aeroscoop at 205W of drag.
Framesets, available separately, include a range of new Columbus components, such as a new Spirit carbon integrated cockpit, proprietary carbon seatpost, and fork. Complete builds start at €6,000 / £5,299, with complete and frameset options available in Purple Fibre or Coral White colourways from €4,500 / £3,999.
Speciale Corsa XCR
The Speciale Corsa XCR is a handmade stainless steel frame that uses the Columbus XCR tubeset. Cinelli notes that XCR’s mechanical properties include high fatigue resistance and immunity from corrosion.
The company merged the stainless tubes with modern technologies, utilising 3D printed stainless junctions at the seat cluster and upper head tube. These are TIG welded and brazed, then hand filed to create a smooth, continuous visual flow.
The Speciale Corsa XCR was engineered exclusively for electronic groupsets, with complete cable integration through the new Columbus Spirit integrated cockpit and ACR standard internal routing.
It is UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) compatible and available as a frameset with Columbus’ Trittico carbon fork from €5,000 / £5,000, or as a complete top-spec build starting from €12,500 / £11,000.

In addition to the launch of these two new bikes, both the Aeroscoop and Speciale Corsa XCR will soon be available to ride in virtual form on the ROUVY indoor cycling app.
