Event discovery platform Findarace and registration firm njuko have announced a new integration that allows race organisers to take bookings directly from findarace’s platform – giving access to over a million monthly users.
The update enables organisers using the njuko system to list events on findarace.com and instantly accept bookings. An API replicates event forms and syncs booking data directly to the organiser’s njuko dashboard, removing the need for manual data migration.
Race organisers retain a single, centralised event participant list in njuko. According to both companies, this streamlines operations and offers a time-saving benefit for events of all sizes.
Early adopters include ASO UK’s new LDNX 10K, the Worcester 10K, and the London T100 triathlon. The latter is organised by the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO), whose team has already reported operational benefits.
“The integration between findarace.com and njuko has been a real game changer for us,” said Archie Dunnill at PTO.
“It’s eliminated the need for manual data entry and import processes, allowing entries to sync automatically between platforms with no issues. This has saved us significant time and freed up our team to focus on improving our platform and delivering a better experience for our athletes.”
findarace and njuko cite other key features:
- New audience reach: 95% of findarace.com users are new to the events they book.
- One data source: Organisers manage participant data within njuko.
- No setup cost: Findarace charges a 15% commission per booking.
- Fixed platform fees: Njuko charges a flat rate per registration (e.g. £0.50).
The integration is available to all njuko’s event registration clients using findarace.com for event marketing.
