RunConcierge, which uses advanced AI and immersive technology, is designed to simplify registration, planning, and race preparation for runners of all abilities. The platform provides real-time answers tailored to participant needs regarding logistics, fuelling, accommodation, routes, gear, and race day activations.
The tool has already been deployed at events such as the TCS Sydney Marathon and the TCS New York Marathon.
By integrating with Google Maps and Google Cloud, the Neurun platform delivers interactive 3D course views, elevation profiles, live weather updates, and local insights to help participants prepare for race day.
For event organisers, the integration with njuko helps to enhance and customise the content that RunConcierge uses, ensuring that all information provided is accurate and sourced directly from the organiser’s website.
The AI widget is designed to be fully incorporated into each organiser’s own website, blending with their brand identity, colours, and graphic guidelines. This allows organisers to deliver FAQs, logistical updates, and course information in multiple languages, serving diverse international audiences.
The tool is offered free for events, with deployments already underway at major marathons internationally. According to the companies, RunConcierge is intended to be an experience enhancer, reducing stress and allowing participants to focus on their journey and achievements.
