RunSignup, the US-based registration and technology provider for the endurance industry, has announced its 2026 Timer Education Summit. The summit is scheduled for January 27–28, 2026, at the University of South Florida Health CAMLS facility in Tampa, FL.
The summit aims to help timers across the endurance events industry expand their knowledge, improve their technical skills, and connect with peers. Following a sold-out event last year, RunSignup anticipates a strong attendance in 2026.
The 2026 summit will offer both introductory and advanced educational tracks. Attendees will receive hands-on training with RunSignup’s platform, including its RaceDay Real-Time products.
The Introductory Track will include four RunSignup Timer Certification Courses, along with training on the RaceDay Mobile Timing app, email marketing, and custom websites. The Advanced Track will cover advanced RaceDay Scoring and RaceJoy training, troubleshooting, and operational efficiencies.

General sessions will be open to all attendees, and will include a business and product update, a session on using tickets for new revenue, and a discussion on the role of AI in the future of timing. The event will also recognise excellence with the 2026 Alan Jones Timer of the Year Award.
Other highlights include hands-on AI workshops, a technology demo room, and networking opportunities. A morning run will also be held to showcase the RaceDay Real-Time technology suite in action.
