RunSignup reports strong transaction growth and expands focus on AI in Q3 2025

RunSignup Q3 2025 update

US-based RunSignup, a leading tech & registration platform for endurance events in the USA, has reported strong Q3 2025 financial results, showing continued transaction growth and market expansion. The company’s ticketing (TicketSignup) and fundraising (GiveSignup) platforms also delivered gains in the Q3 period.

In the period, the company introduced more than 500 technology updates, launched a new Customer Service AI Chatbot, and relaunched its Community Grant Program.

Bob Bickel, Founder and CEO of RunSignup, said “Our success really comes down to staying focused on our customers and our people.

“We keep investing in technology – such as AI and race-day tools – that make events better for everyone, while staying true to our mission of keeping prices low, supporting our employees, and helping the endurance community grow.”

RunSignup’s endurance event registration transaction volume reportedly rose 19% year-on-year. The company’s endurance segment reported 13% more races and 17% more registrations compared to Q3 of last year.

Based on its analysis, RunSignup claims to be the chosen registration platform for more than 50% of US endurance events.

The company’s adjacent GiveSignup peer-to-peer fundraising platform grew 21%, processing US$27 million in donations for the quarter. Meanwhile, TicketSignup saw 29% growth and is expected to account for 9% of the company’s total 2025 transaction volume, up from 7% in 2024.

The company’s ‘Year of AI‘ initiative is a focus of driving innovation across its platforms. Its AI Webinar Series is helping event directors integrate AI tools, and more than 50 customers are testing the new Customer Service AI Chatbot, designed to automate participant support.

Among more than 500 product updates in Q3, RunSignup advanced key systems such as its Website V2, Email V2, Fundraising, and RaceDay Scoring tool.

The company’s RaceDay Real-Time Technology Suite, which is used by race timers, introduced new RaceJoy features such as Predictive Pace and automated photos via its RaceDay Mobile Timing app.

RunSignup also reaffirmed its commitment to the endurance community by relaunching a Community Grant Program. This encourages non-profits that support endurance participation and health initiatives to apply by year-end.

The company, which is employee-owned, operates from Moorestown, NJ.
