VAN RYSEL unveils EDR CF ULTRA endurance road bike

VAN RYSEL, the premium cycling brand developed in Flanders, and owned by international retailer Decathlon, has launched the EDR CF ULTRA.

The new endurance-focused carbon road bike is designed for ultra-distance rides, multi-day events and cyclo-sportives. The new bike builds on VAN RYSEL’s RCR range, ridden by UCI Pro Team Decathlon–AG2R La Mondiale.

Developed over two and a half years, the EDR CF ULTRA features an 830g high-modulus carbon frame (size M) with endurance-specific geometry offering a taller stack and shorter reach. Compliance is built into the bottom bracket and rear dropouts, while a semi-integrated front end allows for easier adjustments and maintenance.

Features include:

  • Tyre clearance up to 38mm
  • Three bottle cage mounts, including under the down tube
  • Full mudguard compatibility
  • Deda-designed cockpit, ready for aero bars and accessories
