The donations, fundraising, and event registration platform, Enthuse, has been named as the official fundraising partner of the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon & Festival of Running. The eight–year partnership begins immediately, ahead of the 2026 event on September 27, 2026, and runs until 2034.
The announcement confirming the tie-up with the popular event in the Scottish Highlands is the latest addition to the Enthuse portfolio.
The platform already claims to be the official partner of 70% of the top 10 fundraising mass participation events in the UK, including the full suite of events organised by London Marathon Events (which acquired Caledonian Concepts and the Loch Ness Marathon in 2024) and the Great Run Company.
Charities and participants involved in the event can expect fundraising pages that are co–branded and fully integrated with registration. According to Enthuse, this integration ensures 100% fundraising page creation, making it easier for participants to collect donations immediately.
Malcolm Sutherland, CEO at Caledonian Concepts, said “We’re thrilled to be partnering with Enthuse for the 2026 Baxters Loch Ness Marathon & Festival of Running.
“Each year, our event portfolio generates more than £1 million for charities across Scotland and the UK, and this new partnership will elevate the fundraising journey for participants and their supporters as well as boosting the charitable impact of the event.”
Chester Mojay-Sinclare, Enthuse Founder and CEO, added “The Baxters Loch Ness Marathon has earned its reputation as one of the most welcoming and scenic marathons in the world and we’re delighted to be the official fundraising partner for such a fantastic event.
“It’s no surprise that such an iconic course is on the bucket list of so many runners and we want to help ensure maximising fundraising is front of mind for participants too.”
The Baxters Loch Ness Marathon & Festival of Running is organised by Caledonian Concepts (acquired in 2024 by London Marathon Events). The running festival comprises the Loch Ness Marathon, River Ness 10K, 10K Corporate Challenge, River Ness 5K, and Wee Nessie. The 2025 event saw a total of 10,700 runners participate across all distances.
Enthuse is a London-based fundraising and events registration technology provider. It serves as the official online fundraising partner for major UK events such as the TCS London Marathon, AJ Bell Great North Run, Brighton Marathon, and GetPRO Bath Half.
