Garmin has announced the CIRQA Smart Band, its first screen-free smart band that tracks fitness and wellness features without requiring a subscription.
Designed for active users seeking distraction-free tracking, the device offers up to 10 days of battery life and records 24/7 health and activity data through the Garmin Connect app.
The fabric band can be worn on the wrist or arm, and is available in colours such as Citron Gray, Mauve, French Gray, Dark Olive, Captain Blue, French Blue, and Black.

The CIRQA Smart Band automatically detects and records activities, allowing users to edit and confirm workouts within Garmin Connect to improve future accuracy. The device features manual tracking for more than 80 activities, controlled via a single side button, and supports Connected GPS via a compatible smartphone.
Health and training metrics include wrist-based heart rate, Body Battery energy monitoring, Pulse Ox, stress, skin temperature, training readiness, HRV status, VO2 max, training status, and recovery time. The device also features sleep tracking, nap detection, and women’s health monitoring.
The CIRQA Smart Band will be available to purchase on July 24, 2026, with a suggested retail price of £179.99 / €199.99.
